DESCRIPTION: A new single family home in the high desert, designed to be a winter home for skiing and hiking. Site orientation and large amounts of glass take advantage of stunning mountain views to the North.
We had to meet strict HOA guidelines for historical conformity to pueblo style New Mexico architecture, while delivering the modern design our clients asked for. The house meets the Santa Fe Green Building Code with highly insulated walls and a radiant floor heating system.
